Welcome to Embodied Being — my cozy corner of the internet where I share somatic movement and rest practices designed to be supportive for anxious, overwhelmed, and connection-craving beings.

These practices blend intuitive, expressive movement with deep rest to guide you back into your body and help you listen to its innate wisdom.

As you move you’ll melt tension, move through your emotions, and shake loose what’s stuck.

Together we move, shake, stretch, release, laugh, cry, soften + feel.

My hope is to help you create S P A C E to tend to your nervous system and explore your inner landscape with curiosity and ease.
